Thanks for all of the Pilates exercises after the assessment. Plenty of stuff to work with.

Very informative! If only add something of how to release the front part - many clients have very tight pectoralis minor and round shoulders, as well as tight muscles around the humeral head. Would be more completed and perfect adding that part!

Hi Jill - thank you so much for your feedback. In Session 1 of this workshop (and any that may include any sort of touch cueing - we list the PMA's suggestions and also refer students to the PMA scope of practice document. You're right - everyone should be aware of the PMA's suggestions and their local laws before incorporating touch into their work.

This was a very informative workshop. I was a bit surprised at the hands on bodywork. Though I am an Occupational Therapist and feel comfortable do this and feel my license allows for it. I would not think that this is the realm of a pilates instructor but more of a Physical or occupational therapist.
