Description
Working with a client who very recently had a hip replacement, Nikki Chrysostomou thoroughly and clearly explains the details of the pelvis. From the bones to the joints and finally the ligaments, Nikki teaches creative and challenging ways to bring pain-free movement to everyday life.
Nikki’s knowledge of cranial-sacral health is especially fascinating, and reminds us just how incredible our bodies are. Sharing her knowledge of the pelvis and its functions, Nikki guides you through specific exercises for mobility and stability of the SI joint and offers progressions and modifications for many of the moves.
Along with her vast knowledge of anatomy, Nikki’s passion for movement is clear in every exercise demonstrated. She also recommends the safest and easiest ways to get in and out of exercises that might require a more complicated setup.
