I loved the adaptation of the exercises to the everyday tasks such as throwing, climbing.

This was a great workshop. I loved all the anatomy information given. I look forward to implementing these into my sessions. One thing I was very excited about was all the flat/neutral/extension back positions in some of these movements as I have a lot of osteoporosis clients.

Excellent workshop. Very good teaching and easily to understand. The images and the exercises helped a lot.

I really enjoyed the workshop. The positive aspect is that there is the theoretical, anatomical and exercise part. Maybe, you could have more exercises as examples

great

I loved the detailed exploration of the upper body and its movements. Jennifer explained these movement patterns in a meaningful way so that the material would be easily assimilated and applied to our teaching. Thank you for giving us another perspective in which to view the intricate shoulder.
Jennifer W
Loved these upper body focused exercises. Helpful cues to access the deep stabilizers so needed for postural endurance and healthy shoulders!

I found the workshop very interesting and a very good anatomy learning tool. I really enjoyed Jennifer's teaching style. I also liked that the model was a very strong Pilates mover but not perfect so that we could see the changes made. It was really helpful to see the progression as the client looked great but you could see where Jennifer got even more of what she wanted for this workshop. Really excellent.
