Emanuela M
Great course. I have been trying to figure out this stuff for myself for years...
Sarah T
Lots of good information and exercises in this workshop thank you.
Gerolyn W
Wonderful! I have taken many trainings for strengthening the posterior chain, but this on really gets to how the brain can alter the signals and send spasm into the weak links... thanks!

I loved the content, yet often found instructor difficult to follow. Would be helpful if less skipping around, and if she would complete the sentence started. The bullets were helpful, yet at times covered up the movement pattern I was trying to see. I would also find it helpful for clarity if the specific muscle group is mentioned, rather than saying ""here or. there, or leg'. Thank you.
Youn Kyung L
Thank you!

This workshop was very helpful, especially on how to engage dormant posterior muscle and how to turn them on.
Jennifer S
Wow! another great set of ideas and really helping me to think about this issue for myself and my clients. I loved that I could see how much the incorrect version is not helpful to the back.
Kayla P

Anne B
This information will be valuable to not only my clients, but my own strengthening. Thank you Lesley.

I practice Pilates-based PT. This has been an invaluable class for me. The hands on cueing, the verbal cues, taking the ordinary - what I've been using for years - and showing me a much deeper inherent value available. I appreciate the deep dive into what is a very important topic. I will come back for more. Thank you!
Tessa C
Excellent course! One constructive criticism: watch you don't keep saying "I want" too much!

Really great.

This was a very informative video regarding the Posterior Lateral Hip. The only thing that I have questions about are what are the springs being used in quite a few of the exercises. I had to guess on a lot of them by looking into the well of the reformer carriage to see if I could figure out the settings. Thanks for the great information Leslie!
Linda Z
Great information on hip muscles as postural muscles. I appreciate the comparisons between efficient movement (good) and inefficient (bad) movement. Lots of great, client accessible exercises to bring to my clients.

I liked the workshop but it would've been nice to know how many springs Lesley was using for her client. I would've also liked to have examples on when each exercise would be useful to use for certain clients.
