    Excellent! I sometimes do ab curls ‘in a hammock’, either lying on a towel or scooting down the mat far enough to cradle the whole head while holding the corners of the towel or mat. First I get students to release the full weight of the head like when having a massage therapist hold it, before adding the ribs to pelvis.
