I'm a health and wellness nerd who loves to share my passion for healthy movement with others. Since I started teaching in 9 years ago, I've worked with clients of all backgrounds from the super fit to those with special needs including pre/post natal, osteoporosis, cancer recovery, injury recovery, and chronic back, neck, hip and shoulder aches and pains. Through these experiences I realized that Pilates is most effective when the program is tailored to each person's specific goals and muscle imbalances.
