You are most welcomed, so glad you appreciated the workshop
" This was an interesting workshop , many creative ways to build more 'core awareness and connection', in harmony with building more awareness of bone rhytms. Nice ways to translate this awareness into 'moving through space' and the gait cycle. "
Lieve V
" Anatomy Through Movement was helpful (exercises and visual slides) in gaining a better understanding of bone, then muscle movement and activation of the muscles via isolation w/out compensation. The way Stephanie transitioned from the initial basic exercise to each progression to see where compensations might occur was good. "
Stacey G
" The workshop is very informative and covered well! "
Katherine P
" Great course -loved that Stephanie follows her intuition - really felt like I was in the priveledged position of fly on wall in a session. Clear and easy to follow - thank you "
Bonk T
" Thank you so much Stephanie for the wonderful workshop! As a former professional dancer and NPCP Certified Pilates Instructor it was great to go back to basics. "
Julie R
" Stephanie's depth of knowledge and clear explanations help to move your body with ease. Great presentation and a terrific perspective on movement. "
Cynthia B
" Very helpful to think of working from the skeletal system first. It can help to minimize the tension that many clients bring to their movement when only thinking of muscles working first. Thank you Stephanie. "
Tess W
" I appreciate the model is an actual student. I have found the standing material to be helpful for some older clients with balance and enjoy the way you built up the concepts. "
