Description
Incorporating functional fitness into your Pilates classes will help your clients gain strength and will challenge the brain and body in new ways while also preparing them for the movements they perform in everyday life.
In this online Pilates workshop, Alyson Mattoon teaches creative ways to integrate functional movements like squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, and reaching into Pilates classes on the mat and reformer. Each exercise is a building block for the next, preparing the body for balanced and efficient functional movement.
This workshop will add a variety of functional exercises to your repertoire while inspiring and challenging you to think differently about more traditional Pilates exercises.
