Description
Our brains are intricate and complicated, but in her new workshop Jenn Pilotti breaks down this often-confusing subject matter. With the help of movement model Sarah, Jenn demonstrates how different cues and feedback can help your clients move through places where they feel stuck.
In this workshop, you’ll witness a client learn two sequences of specific movements for the first time and watch as their brain works in real time to try and master these moves. Along the way, Jenn guides you and the client through the challenge spots, and explains how anchor points assist with brain-body connection.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll see many instances of trial and error plus the benefits of taking a break from learning something new and then coming back to it to see how it progresses. This workshop is a fantastic display of what role our brains play in any kind of movement practice.
