Description

This new Pilates workshop by Trent McEntire will have you teaching in a whole new way. Pilates instructors find themselves over-cueing a move, and it often doesn't translate into progress for the client. Thankfully, this workshop is full of tools to make your teaching process easier, more focused, and more efficient. Trent shares his deep knowledge of the sensory systems, and explains why your client’s eye placement and movement may be the key to overcoming their balance challenges.

SPECIAL NOTE: This workshop starts and ends with a balance assessment to measure progress, the change you’ll see from the beginning of the session to the end is almost unbelievable. Witness the immediate and noticeable changes in the body as Trent guides his client through traditional Pilates moves, then adds specific eye movements to up-level the brain challenge and engagement. (The client in this video had no prior knowledge of the workshop content or assessments.)

After this workshop, you’ll surely be more aware of how cueing one’s eyes can remove your tendency to over-cue, plus get better and faster results for your clients.
