    I love this so much. I’ve been a mouth breather a large part of my life. Dealing with sinusitis and colds. Pilates for several years has helped me, but I’m learning there is so much more. I’ve been reading more about the breath and find it fascinating. The nasal breathing and diaphragmatic breath is definitely been one of the missing puzzle pieces. Would love to restructure my program of teaching techniques with this concept! Thank you
