Description
Join Ren Udall in this dynamic online workshop as she explores how stimulating the central nervous system can enhance sensory awareness, balance, coordination, and full-body integration.
This isn’t just theory—Ren provides a clear, practical template you can immediately use in both private and group sessions. Through playful yet powerful cerebellar games, coordination drills, and by using the Joseph Pilates Eye Chart, you’ll learn how to take a traditional Pilates session to the next level.
Watch as Ren takes her model through base-line assessments into sensory warm-ups and then movement designed to create new neural pathways that ultimately create a greater sense of ease, integration and power. Great for movers of all ages, in particular those who desire to age actively.
