In 'The HeART of Embodied Teaching' workshop, Allie Greene shares her vast knowledge about the power of somatic movement, embodied teaching, the importance of play, and what social justice and movement spaces have to do with one another.

Throughout the workshop, you will learn how biological, physiological, psychological, and social factors play a role in wellness spaces, plus how you can create a trauma-informed, socially just, and empowering learning environment for your clients.

The flow of the workshop is a perfect blend of lecture-style teaching and incorporating the principles in real time with one of Allie’s long-time clients. Plus, Allie created an amazing, information-rich handout for you to use as you follow along.
