Description
Stephanie Herman details her process of applying a thorough understanding of anatomy to help clients move more efficiently with ease and integrity.
You will not only learn new ways to explore movement on and off the equipment, but deepen your understanding and application of anatomy with your clients. Working from the bones first, this workshop provides a unique perspective on how to watch clients move, understand their compensations, and educate them on their own structural integrity.

It was nice to have functional tasks dissected down into bone rhythms and parts and then built back up, it helps the learner to re-program faulty patterns and come out with more fluid movement and a better understanding of how their body moves through space.

Thank you for this workshop. I have been teaching my clients these bone rhythms, but you shared a few approaches I had not thought about. Like, replicating the hoof exercise from the core align by presses the thighs against the ladder barrel. Great!

Anatomy Through Movement was helpful (exercises and visual slides) in gaining a better understanding of bone, then muscle movement and activation of the muscles via isolation w/out compensation. The way Stephanie transitioned from the initial basic exercise to each progression to see where compensations might occur was good.
