Hi Jen and Casey,
I liked this a lot! It is so helpful to learn from short tutorials, since we all have people with repeating problems like this.
I would have liked to see how you put the smart spine wedges under the pelvis, – maybe next time just for demonstrating purposes on the camera side once?
Besides the aspect of getting the femur to sink into the hip socket and work on that, it is also nice to have the client on the mat on a MELT-Roller and doing the SI-Joint shearing. It opens up the fascia and improves the transportation of fluids through this area. The MELT- Foamroller is much softer and slimmer roller and it is a great prop to have!
Loved it! I will never stop learning!
As always, you both are the best!
Hi Silke,
So happy to hear from you. It is fun to see what we can do on the reformer to better the situation for SI dysfunction but on different pieces ( like a foam roller etc) the world of possibilities is endless. If you have Marie Jose’s SmartSpine online workshop she shows you how to prop the pelvis and MUCH, MUCH more. It is an awesome workshop .
