Clients who cramp usually have a variety of reasons why this is a problem in movement. It can be anything from nutritional deficiencies to medication side effects. But it also comes from starting to innervate and move an area of the body that isn’t used to being called on. When repatterning the body to move in a more efficient manner, it is best to work small at first, then to go into the larger movements. Over time this will help the body figure out how to move in space without spasming. In this video you will see a nice progression to warm up the body to go into full bridge, hopefully without a cramp in sight!
