The wall is such a great tool to explore the Pilates repertoire. I love to think about it like an upright Reformer, finding all the cues and movements that we find lying down on the carriage. This is the perfect place to work on the Pilates principles in the upright position. Also, wall squats are great to give as homework to your clients because everyone has a wall in their house to move on. So get to the wall and get squatting!
