Love the information! I can’t wait to try this on all my clients! This work would be great for my clients that run often and for my older clients with balance and gait issues.
As always, great information you and Casey always have and you help all of us stay creative in our teaching!!:)

    Hi Susan,

It is great to hear from you! Yes, this is great work for everyone. Keeps the feet and ankles very responsive and with lots of options. Hope to see you soon.

I used this protocol with a client this morning. We’ve been working on realigning her feet for quite some time now–I’ve seen some great improvement and she’s felt it, too. Today was the clincher though. This variation pulled it all together for her, feeling a major difference on the wedges and when she stepped off, retaining the memory she felt on the wedges. Thank you for yet another creative idea to reach a client from a different angle.
