    Hi Ginger – so glad you found this helpful! Often, muscles that are tight are also weak, so this will definitely help with strengthening, just be sure to step through the different versions, starting without any resistance and working up to the different band variations. Giving yourself a nice hamstring stretch afterward, or rolling out the hamstring with a tennis ball will help encourage more balance and loosen up that tight tissue!
