    Thanks Tessa! The focus was on dancers as they tend to ‘live’ in external rotation, but yes, this is great for anyone who needs more access to those deep stabilizers of the hip OR who is a constant ‘glute gripper’ – we can all use a little tune-up every now and then 🙂
