    I’m going to try that the next time I am at the core center…I cramp a lot myself doing the hamstring curl on my belly….thanks for the tip!

    This is much more challenging than I thought it would be! For myself, I had to come down on the spring tension to keep my balance and do the work with integrity. A great way to get in hamstring work without the set-up time. Thanks for the variation.
