I’ve been playing with these leg swings for months now and you are right on by calling them springy legs because that’s exactly how my legs feel. This simple (and fun) sequence has changed the way they respond in all of my work in and out of the studio. The small pelvic pulse is a nice addition and dragging the feet together is another great cue to help sense the pre-tensing of the back leg fascial tissue. Your clarity and thoroughness has helped my teaching skills tremendously. Thank you, Jen!

Thanks Lisa! I love this sequence too. Clients have fun with this one and they love the balance challenge it gives plus the Fascial hydration. Just keep telling them how high they kick doesn’t matter. Primary is their easy organization and a feeling of effortlessness.
