As movement instructors, we give so much of ourselves—our energy, focus, and creativity—to support others. By the end of a long week spent cueing, creating lesson plans, and showing up fully for our clients, it’s no wonder our cups can feel empty. That’s why prioritizing self-care isn’t just important—it’s essential.
Enter the Somatic Self-Care workshop, a rejuvenating experience packed with tools to restore and recharge. From soothing self-massage and calming alternate nostril breathing to energizing movement like shaking it all out, this workshop has something for everyone.
Guided by Allie Greene, and inspired by her studies in body-mind centering, this workshop is lovingly designed for YOU. While it may spark ideas to share with your clients, its primary purpose is to nurture you as the instructor—to help you refill your cup. Allie describes it as “a bottom-up conversation with yourself,” offering the space, tools, and encouragement to connect deeply with your body and listen to what it truly needs.
