    Great tip! In the last year I have discovered my hamstrings are weak. And although I have not experienced any pain in my lower back, I keep struggling to “fix” my issues. Thinking it’s mostly IT band, my issues have not changed. This could be a good thing to do for me, and then can help clients find this in their own bodies!
    Love how there is always something new to learn about our bodies!
