In this online Pilates workshop Madeline Black teaches how to optimize the connection of the feet and hands to the spine. The focus is on the weight on the feet or hands and the alignment which will activate a desired muscular pattern through the spine. She works with the sensory input of the hands and feet as well as the force transfers into the body. Madeline uses the body’s own weight, mat exercises, the wall, Reformer and Wunda Chair to train the body from the limbs.
