    Such a great idea! Can’t wait to try it when I get to be on a reformer! Is there an alternative to doing this on the mat?

    Absolutely! You can do the exact same protocol on the mat! If your client has tight hips, go ahead and use some yoga blankets to bolster the torso away from the ground. The ball can go right on top of that!
