    Aside from pre and post delivery clients I feel this would be useful for sciatic suffers. Does the up and down of the hip somehow hydrate the psoas?

    I use this with my Scoli clients all the time. It helps to create and maintain mobility and responsiveness in the side body and pelvic halves. Love hearing from you.
