What springs would be best to challenge client on the hip dips/pelvic mobility and stability exercise shown at 22:34? Excited to teach this on some clients who have hip rigidity.

Hi Hannah, I can't wait to hear how your clients like this exercise. It is so good for the whole body and will greatly improve gait. It depends on the size and strength of the client but on a Balanced Body Combo Chair we usually use one heavy spring on the third cactus. Love Jen
