I love this workshop but I was confused about one thing. In the Stand to sit, Arch/Curl, you said to allow the pelvis to slide down your back. It was not a tuck because the hips stay free. I'm not sure I understand that because it looks and feels like the start of a posterior tilt. I think you mean its not a clenching tight tuck etc, just a gentle slide of the pelvis. But am I right in saying it puts the pelvis in a semi-posterior tilt without shortening anteriorly? Perhaps you could clarify for me. I have learnt so much from this amazing workshop, thank you so much. |
