    Amy,
    This was an amazing tutorial. Thank you for it. You explained all the moves so well and loved that you gave a modification for those who cannot fully extend when pushing out the reformer carriage, by showing how they can place the forearms on the foot-bar. I’m going to try it out tomorrow!! Again, thank you!!! :))
