    Hi Jen,
    I have two questions:
How is that to you – doing it for 20 minutes, – it doesn´t look really as if you have a comfortable position?

And would that maybe be something nice for a client with acute backpain?

thank you and all the best,
    Silke

    Hi Silke,
I don’t remember being uncomfortable but you could certainly do this up on the cadillac. Honestly, I rarely do this with my Pregnant pilates clients ( as opposed to doula clients ) for 20 min. I usually show them and their partners what to do and they can do it at home so as not to use up 20 minutes of a valuable pilates session. But there have been a few cases where it is what the mama needed and wanted so we spent 20 minutes. It just depends. It is hard to say about acute back pain. I think it would be different for each individual client but worth a shot.
    Love, Jen
