In this video we turn the classical Short Box on its head. This exercise is often not done very well, and there are good reasons for why. Learn tips to create better flexion and mobility in the lower spine. Your clients will thank you because they will finally be able to access the power of their center and move from there instead of gripping around the buttocks, pelvis, and lower spine.

Can’t wait to practice these and share with my clients. Thanks for these variations as I typically stay away from teaching short box for the reason you stated. Great to have another option and to be able to reintroduce this exercise in my repertoire.
