The Cadillac is such a wonderful piece of equipment, with so many ways to use it! Part of the fun is the fact that by changing the placements of the springs, you get varied types of work within the body. It is so important to cross train your clients with changing spring tensions. Just going into the heavy leg spring leaves much to be desired in the realm of  helping to create a smarter body. Look at the simple ways we challenged Jen, and notice how her body changes with a few simple steps in the following video.
