It is always so important to get back to the basics. And there is no better place to start than neutral spine placement. This is quite literally the backbone of the repertoire, so you not only need to know the reasons why we work with it, but also how you can get your clients to find it with more ease and grace. Neutral spine is not something that can be forced in the body through exertion but is found through tension release and sometimes aided with propping. The idea is to let the spine be, with its primary and secondary curves, and then start to challenge it from there. This concept is always one to return to because you can always move deeper.
