The chair can help us build a lot of functional strength because so many of the exercises are done seated or standing. The Pike exercise is a full body exercise and takes an equal amount of inner and outer strength no matter what spring setting you choose. In the video you will see the contrast in work and cueing from a very heavy spring to a light spring.
