Innovative and wonderful! Love seeing you both!
Looks very soothing as well as great internal work.

Wow….this feels good just watching! Could this be recreated for mat. It seems you need the foot to move around the bar, so even feet and the wall couldn’t mimic this…….is that correct?

    Hi Ginger,

Have you used this with any of your clients? Would love to hear how it went.

    Hi Shelley,

Just tried this on the floor with my feet on the wall and Voila! It works! Great idea. Have you tried it with your clients?

Jen, I do not have the luxury of using s reformer (as an instructor). I teach mat work. But I tried it when I took my private..loved it…I was brainstorming and trying to find a way to do this on the wall. I thought about using the roller against the wall, but not sure how to cue all the way through the the Lu,bar and spine. Any suggestions?
    Thank you.
