Hi Jennifer. Lovely snipit on Prep. Counter Mvmt. When you say "pretense" does that mean the stretch before you engage/tense the fascia or does it mean an engagement in the extended position to support the execution? thanks Katie

Hi Katie, I'm so happy you commented. Think of a sling shot or a bow and arrow. The "pretense" is the pulling back of the bow so that the arrow can fly easily. It is a shoring up of energy and a precursor to the effortless swing through our fascial body suit. Please let me know if you need more information. I am working on the second principle right now and that will add onto this information. Love Jen
