HI, I just took your workshop and I am not familiar with the term, "bouying your femor" What does that mean? Thank you,

It is an image about a buoy. It is a anchor float in the water. When you bend your knees, the buoy will sink in the water. To straighten your legs, image the femur head floating up to the surface. A lot of students lock the knees backwards. This image is to help you learn to straighten your legs with ease and connection. Hope that helps. Feel free to discuss if still unclear.
