Hello, I was hoping someone could tell me how to heat the SmartSpine products? If it's done in the microwave, what setting is used and for how many minutes for the different pieces? Thank you, Amy |

Hi Amy, I find it best to use a low to medium setting on the microwave, and heat it thirty seconds at a time. Be sure to rotate and flip the smart spine so no hot spots occur! Be very careful not to over heat... we have literally sent out studio up in smoke before! Depending of the size of the smartspine the heat times may vary. Keep a close careful eye (and nose!) on the products. Hope that helps! Thanks! Casey |
