Hi Y'all! Every year becomes a challenge for me as a studio owner and in private practice (I work solo) , to come up with an end of the year 'thank you' gift for each of my clients (I have 20+). It feels important to me to do something for my clients who have choices and could go somewhere else for their Pilates (for example, clients who travel a distance to see me). My 'thank you' gift is a 'recognition' of the work they do and growth we make together. In what ways do you show your appreciation for your loyal, long term clientele? In appreciation, Amy |
