In April I took reformer II with Casey in Charlotte. She noticed that weekend that my back dysfunction is probably due to a suspected diastasis. This would have occurred 13 years ago, and I have had a strong Pilates practice all along. She recommended a workshop for me to watch on treating and recovering from diastasis. I looked at the workshops available and am not sure which is the best for me; the post natal fix, or the entire pre/post natal workshop. Recommendations? (PS Now that I know something is "wrong" with me, I am noticing all kinds of aches, pains, and problems with my practice! ) |

Hi Susie! I am so happy you are asking about this! I am in Florida with Jen and we were just chatting about what is best for you... Check out the healing diastisis workshop on our site. This will be the most helpful for you and your situation! Much love, Casey Marie |

Just noticed this was a thread in the recent email shout out. I don't have diastasis but a friend had (she opted for corrective surgery, rather drastic in my opinion!) so I started following this PT on YouTube and am hooked. I think she is spot on!! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3GupLdx-BELUo9WxlxA1XA |
