Hi Jen, The latest post/video you filmed based on the work of Diane Lee was eye opening! This is exactly the kind of deep learning I hoped for when I joined Fusion Pilates EDU as a member. I hope you'll post more juicy nuggets like this . Where else in Fusion Pilates EDU can I find this kind of detail in regards to anatomy and fascia? Thank you for all that you share with us!
