    Adding this to my already-extensive foot routine! I spend more time exercising my feet than any other body part!

    Tessa – That’s awesome! The feet should definitely be a high priority. Glad to hear you are taking such good care of yourself.

    I can’t wait to try this out. I was taught a similar technique by a PT using a dog leash wherein the ankle would go into the loop of the leash and the other end was either held by the therapist or clipped to equipment. I like this idea better because it is more gentle over the retinaculum and seems more dynamic overall, plus the client has control over the exercise. Great idea!
