    Casey,
Just had to share..I had my class at the Y this morning…usually about 12 ladies…since I don’t have any bean bags, I substituted jelly beans in ziplock bags! Then they all had a treat to take home for Easter! We did it beginning and ending of class, to see if it was easier . It was fun, and got a lot of laughs too!
Thank you for the “bunny tail” tip!

Oh my goodness Ginger… PURE GENIUS!!!!!

What a fabulous idea! Your class must absolutely love your playful and engaging teaching style… Send of a picture of that next time!

    Much Love,
    Casey

    Casey,
It worked so well Thursday, I’m going to try it for my Monday class with my other group! Hadn’t thought to take a picture,,,,sometimes my plans don’t always turn out as well!
So I will do it on Monday!
Happy Easter, and know that I always love to keep learning!!!
    Thank you!

Love this idea! I can’t wait to try it with my clients because I find all the people I work with( including myself) have a hard time not gripping and or tucking their bottom!
    Thanks again!!!

Yes just put that tail on, and then your clients can really start to sense how codependent the pelvis and the femur are! Have fun!

    Love,
    Casey Marie
