    Love the hanging basket imagery! I also cue to allow the ribs to echo the movement of the arms as they move back down. I also suggest allowing the ribs to pop the first couple of times so they can recognise it and feel the difference. Your cue of heavy viscera (used in the bridging exercise) is also really useful.
