Description

Learn the basics to build a program for your early post pregnant clients that will carry them through the first few years after delivery. These are the foundational concepts and exercises that bigger movement can be built on top of once they are connected from the inside. All that you will learn will set the stage for preventative and healing protocol for all of the dysfunctions that arise post delivery like Diastasis Recti, Diastasis Pubic Symphasis, Incontinence and prolapse.
